1. Website operator

Paranton.com is operated by Paranton EE, a company registered in Greece under General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) No. 184614707000, with its business address at 55-57 Iroon Polytechniou Avenue, Piraeus 185 35, Greece. You may contact us at info@paranton.com.

2. Informational B2B website

Paranton.com is an informational website intended for clinics, physicians, professional practices, companies and other business users interested in specialised instruments, consumables, magnification systems and potential cooperation with Paranton.

The website does not provide customer accounts, a shopping cart, online checkout or online payment processing. Product pages, availability statements, delivery information and other website content are provided for general business information and do not constitute a binding offer to sell.

3. Enquiries, quotations and formation of orders

Submitting a Contact form, requesting information or asking for a quotation does not place an order and does not create a supply contract. Paranton may request additional company, VAT, billing, delivery or professional information before issuing a quotation or accepting an order.

A B2B supply transaction is agreed separately from the website through a written quotation, Proforma Invoice, order confirmation or other written agreement issued or accepted by Paranton. The product, quantity, price, currency, VAT treatment, payment terms, delivery terms and any special conditions stated in the applicable transaction document form part of that transaction. If there is a conflict, the transaction-specific written terms prevail over general website information.

4. Prices and payment

The website does not display binding retail prices and does not accept online payments. Prices and any volume-based commercial terms are provided through an individual quotation. The applicable quotation or Proforma Invoice will state the currency, VAT treatment, shipping charges, payment method and payment deadline. Paranton does not collect payment-card details through paranton.com.

5. Availability, pack sizes and minimum quantities

Product availability is subject to confirmation. Minimum order quantities and pack sizes vary by product and are communicated through the relevant product information, quotation or order document. Paranton may correct an availability, pack-size, specification or pricing error before accepting an order.

6. Product information and professional use

We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, specifications and images accurate. Minor visual differences may occur, and manufacturers may update packaging, documentation or specifications. The label, applicable instructions for use and transaction-specific documentation supplied with the product take precedence over general website content.

Products intended for professional or medical use must be selected, stored and used only by appropriately trained persons and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, intended purpose, applicable law and professional standards. Website content and product-selection support do not constitute medical advice, clinical training or a substitute for professional judgement.

7. Dispatch and European delivery

Confirmed in-stock orders are prepared for dispatch from Athens and shipped using available courier services. Dispatch timing, the estimated delivery period, destination coverage and any applicable charges are confirmed through the relevant quotation, Proforma Invoice, order confirmation or other written communication.

Any dispatch or delivery estimate is a service target, not an unconditional guarantee. It is subject to courier availability, destination and remote-area limitations, public holidays, customs or security checks, service disruptions and circumstances beyond Paranton's reasonable control.

8. Shipping, tracking, customs and taxes

The shipping method, charges, tracking arrangements and any use of a customer's courier account are agreed for each transaction and stated in the applicable quotation, Proforma Invoice, order confirmation or other written communication. A tracking number is provided after dispatch where the selected service supports tracking.

For destinations outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, clearance fees and local requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing. Paranton is not responsible for customs charges or delays caused by customs procedures.

9. Inspection, transport damage and product issues

Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery and notify Paranton as soon as reasonably possible of missing items, visible transport damage or an apparent product issue. Paranton may request photographs, packaging, batch or serial information and other evidence reasonably required to assess the report.

Where transport damage or a confirmed product defect is attributable to Paranton or falls within an applicable warranty, Paranton will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with the agreed transaction terms and applicable law. Remedies may include replacement, repair, credit or another solution agreed in writing.

10. Cooperation pathways and independent medical services

Submitting a Network Partnership or Adding Hair Transplantation to My Clinic enquiry does not guarantee acceptance. Each cooperation pathway is subject to assessment, due diligence and a separate written agreement.

Paranton supplies instruments and consumables and may coordinate procurement and logistics. It does not provide or invoice medical services. Any medical services associated with a cooperation pathway are provided under separate arrangements by an independent physician and the host clinic. The physician and clinic remain solely responsible for clinical decisions, professional licensing, applicable standards and compliance with the laws in their country.

11. Intellectual property

The content of paranton.com, including text, product presentation, graphics, photographs, logos, layout and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Paranton and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal professional evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the website, or submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content through the Contact form.

13. Third-party links and promotional content

The website may contain links to third-party websites and may display promotional banners relating to products, manufacturers or business partners. The relevant third party will be clearly identifiable.

By following an external link, you leave paranton.com and access a website operated under the third party's own terms, privacy notice and cookie practices. Paranton does not control the availability, security or content of third-party websites and is not responsible for transactions concluded directly with a third party.

The inclusion of a third-party link or promotional banner does not alter the terms applicable to products supplied directly by Paranton, which remain governed by the relevant written quotation, Proforma Invoice, order confirmation or agreement.

14. Website availability and liability

We take reasonable care to maintain the website and keep its content accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular user's purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Paranton is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use or reliance on general website content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability relating to a confirmed B2B transaction is governed by the applicable written transaction terms and mandatory law.

15. Governing law

These Terms and the use of paranton.com are governed by Greek law. Disputes relating solely to website use are subject to the competent Greek courts, without prejudice to mandatory rules that apply. A separate written quotation, order confirmation or cooperation agreement may contain transaction-specific dispute and governing-law terms, which will prevail for that transaction or relationship.
