Terms & Conditions

Please review the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern all orders placed with Paranton and are intended to ensure clarity and transparency in our business transactions.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Standard products: Minimum order quantity is one (1) piece.
Pink Cloths: Available only in packs of one hundred (100) pieces.
Implanters: Available only in boxes of five (5) pieces.

Warranty

Instruments damaged during transportation will be replaced free of charge, provided photographic evidence is supplied.
All instruments are carefully inspected prior to packaging.
In the event that an item is not functioning properly, a replacement will be included in your next order.

Delivery & Dispatch

In-stock items: Dispatched within one (1) week.
Out-of-stock items: Approximate lead time is one (1) month, depending on order size and instrument type.
Regular customers benefit from customer-specific stock management, ensuring faster delivery.

Dispatch policy:

Payments received before 11:00 AM (Athens time) are dispatched on the same day.
Payments received after 11:00 AM are dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Costs & Courier Services

When using a customer’s courier account, shipping costs are excluded from the invoice.
When no courier account is provided, shipping costs are charged based on parcel size, weight, and regional courier rates.

Tracking Shipments

A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch, enabling you to monitor your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees imposed by their respective countries.
Paranton is not responsible for customs-related costs.
Paranton is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
