Commercial questions
Does Paranton ship internationally?
Yes. Paranton coordinates tracked cross-border fulfilment. Delivery terms for non-EU destinations are quoted separately and may be affected by customs clearance, duties, local taxes and courier availability.
When does next-business-day EU delivery apply?
It applies to in-stock orders from partner clinics within the European Union that are confirmed and cleared for dispatch before 11:00 AM Athens time on a business day. Delivery remains subject to courier service availability, public holidays, remote-area limitations and circumstances beyond Paranton’s reasonable control.
How does Tailored Volume Pricing work?
Volume pricing is available for qualifying orders. Quotations are tailored according to product category, order volume, purchasing frequency and fulfilment requirements. Public percentage tiers are not used.

Can any professional clinic begin as a customer?
Yes. A professional clinic may begin by purchasing according to its current needs. Clinics seeking systematic cooperation may later apply for Network Partner status, subject to assessment, due diligence and a signed cooperation agreement.
What is a Network Partnership?
It is a structured, recurring procurement relationship that may include centralized purchasing, stock planning, agreed ordering routines, tailored commercial terms and dedicated cross-border fulfilment coordination.
Can my clinic add hair transplantation as a new service?
Eligible clinics and medical practices that do not currently offer hair transplantation may discuss a structured collaboration with an independent physician registered to practise in their country. Paranton supplies the required instruments and consumables, while the physician contracts with the clinic and invoices medical services separately.
Who provides and invoices the medical services?
The independent treating physician and host clinic provide the clinical decisions and medical services under separate agreements. The physician invoices the medical services separately. Paranton supplies instruments and consumables and supports the introduction and operational coordination.
