Paranton leads supplier selection and manages centralized purchasing and end-to-end logistics for the network, including importation, warehousing and cross-border order fulfilment. Under the terms of our cooperation agreements, member requirements are consolidated, while purchasing within the agreed product categories is conducted centrally and exclusively through Paranton.

    This model consolidates demand into larger, recurring orders, supporting more competitive pricing. Coordinating imports, customs clearance, warehousing and cross-border logistics through Athens reduces administrative complexity and helps avoid unnecessary supply delays across the network.
